2 cups cooked Lentils
1 cup uncooked Quick Oats
1 cup cooked Rice
1/4 cup Veggie Broth
1/4 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
2 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Dried Sage
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 400F
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients
- Brush the top with ketchup or your favorite Vegan BBQ sauce (we like Sweet Baby Rays)
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
