Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked Lentils

  • 1 cup uncooked Quick Oats

  • 1 cup cooked Rice

  • 1/4 cup Veggie Broth

  • 1/4 cup Ketchup

  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 3 tsp Onion Powder

  • 2 tsp Dried Sage

  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

  • Preheat Oven to 400F
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients
  • Brush the top with ketchup or your favorite Vegan BBQ sauce (we like Sweet Baby Rays)
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
