Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Banana

  • 1 cup uncooked quick Oatmeal

  • 1 cup Plant Based Milk (we prefer Unsweetened Plain Soymilk)

  • Optional: 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • Topping Suggestions: Walnut, Apple, Cinnamon, Blueberries, Peanut Butter, Strawberries, Banana, and of course Maple Syrup

Directions

  • Preheat pan on medium
  • Peel banana
  • Place all ingredients into blender
  • Blend until smooth like pancake batter
  • Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup scoop batter onto pan
  • Cook on first side until center starts to bubble
  • Flip pancake
  • Cook of 2 minutes or until golden brown

Notes

  • Blake’s preferred toppings: Whole apple cut into pieces, handful of walnuts, cinnamon, and syrup
  • Sam’s preferred toppings: 1 cup of berries (any type or a mix), peanut butter, banana cut into pieces, and syrup
